If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges on all eligible hardware and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack your Speediance device and all included accessories in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit and ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient home pickup for your large fitness equipment.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
